Every project gets its own room - its own server, memory and history - and your whole team works inside them together, in the same live session. One flat price, and the model is included.

AI got good at writing code. It never got good at running a team's projects.

One chat box, one person, one project at a time. Here is where that falls apart.

01. Work disappears

Someone fixes something at 2am. Nobody finds out. It gets solved again next month.

Three people in a design studio working around a table with models and looking at architectural or urban planning diagrams on large boards by a window.

02. Projects blur together

Three of your projects sharing one thread. What you settled for one starts leaking into the next.

TsunamiCLI project room

03. The meter is always running

Per-token pricing makes you think twice before asking for real work. A team should not have to ration its own tools.

TsunamiCLI project room

A room per project. All of them at once.

Every project gets its own space - conversations, files, server, memory and history, sealed off from the others. Switch between them without context bleeding across.

Project documents

Plans, decisions and specs live in the room, not in someone's chat history.

Live checklists

Every step in plain English, ticked off live. Anyone on the team can follow it, technical or not.

Daily briefs

A short brief each morning on what moved, what broke, and what needs a decision.

Private beta
invite only

TsunamiCLI reaches your actual infrastructure. It reads files, runs commands, deploys and checks the result, instead of advising you about a server it has never seen.

Specialised advisors

Advisors that know a domain - infrastructure, security, front end - and answer in that context.

Updates feed

Everything that happened in the room, in order, visible to everyone on the team.

Memory that lasts

Each room remembers its own infrastructure and its own decisions, so nothing is re-explained.

Private beta
invite only

Set up takes an afternoon. Create a room, connect the server, invite the people who need to see it.

Create a room per project

One room per client or product, with its own memory and its own history.

Connect each server

Point the room at the machine it is responsible for. It works there directly.

Invite your team

Everyone sees the same room, the same plan and the same history. No forwarding screenshots.

It plans in plain English before touching anything, then executes and shows its work - so you can check it rather than trust it.

It does the work, then proves it

Every command, file change and deploy is shown, not summarised.

A workspace, not a transcript

Files, checklists and documents in one place, instead of scrolling back through a chat log.

Your machine stays yours

Run our models or bring your own. Your code and your servers stay yours either way.

From solo builders to whole teams

Built for people running five things at once.

Running something else? It works the same way.

Not another chat box.

Most AI tools are one person, one thread, one project, billed by the token. Tsunami is a workspace built around how a team actually runs several projects at once.

Project rooms

A separate space per project - conversations, server, files, memory and history. Switch instantly, nothing bleeds between them.

Magic City

Where the work happens. Streaming answers, live tool activity, and a checklist beside the chat showing exactly what is running.

Scales by room, not by seat

Add the tenth project the way you added the first. Rooms never compete for context, and the price does not move when your team grows.

Everyone sees the same thing

Plans, decisions and finished work live in the room, not in one person's chat log. Nobody forwards a screenshot to catch someone up.

Runs on your real systems

Each room holds its own encrypted server credentials and works there directly - reading logs, editing code, deploying, then checking the result.

No meter on your thinking

Because the model is included, anyone on the team can ask for the big refactor at 2am without doing arithmetic first.

Multiplayer, not multi-seat.

Most AI tools hand each person a private chat and call that a team plan. Tsunami puts your team inside the same live session - same room, same work, same moment - so the hardest part of running several projects, knowing what everyone else already did, stops being guesswork.

See who is in the room

Avatars on every conversation show who is reading it right now, and a toast tells you the moment someone joins the session you are working in.

Watch them work, live

Typing indicators update in real time, so two people never fire the same prompt at once or quietly redo an hour of work a colleague already finished.

Take over a teammate's thread

Sessions belong to the room, not to a person. Open what someone started this morning and carry it on from exactly where they stopped - no handover, no re-explaining.

It works on the real thing.

Tsunami is built for engineering work: reading your logs, editing your files, on your machines. Here is how it behaves when that goes well, and when it does not.

Your project servers

Each room holds its own SSH credentials, encrypted at rest. It reads logs, edits code, runs builds and restarts services.

Your own computer

Through the local agent you install yourself. It checks which OS you are on and adapts.

Plan, execute, verify

It plans in plain English before touching anything, then executes and shows its work, so you can check it rather than trust it.

A command times out

It does not blindly retry. It narrows the approach - scanning one folder rather than a whole disk.

It runs out of steps

Rather than discarding the work, it stops and writes up what it learned and what it did not reach.

You change your mind

Stoppable at any point. Every command is visible before and while it runs.

Why it can be unlimited.

Flat pricing is not a discount, it is an architecture. Tsunami runs its own routing layer across a pool of provider accounts we operate - so the model you use every day is part of the price, not a meter ticking beside it.

The model is included

You are never billed per token. Requests route across a pool of provider accounts with automatic fallback when one is slow or rate-limited, and that capacity is part of your flat price.

Swap the brain, keep everything

Prefer your own Anthropic or OpenAI account? Point Tsunami at it and pay that provider directly. Every room, memory, advisor, checklist and agent behaves exactly as before - the model is only the engine, never the product.

Fair scheduling

A shared workspace is worthless if one heavy job blocks everyone else, so capacity is scheduled across the team.

Have more questions?

The things people ask before starting.

01. What is a project room?

Plus icon

A room is one project: its own conversations, files, server connection, memory and history, sealed off from your other projects - and shared with whoever you invite, so your team works inside it together.

02. Do I have to use your models?

Plus icon

No. Ours is included in the price, so day to day you pay nothing for model usage. Prefer your own Anthropic or OpenAI account? Point Tsunami at it and pay that provider directly - every room, memory, advisor and agent works exactly the same.

03. How long does setup take?

Plus icon

An afternoon. Create a room, connect the server, invite your team. Most people are working the same day.

04. Who is it built for?

Plus icon

Anyone running several projects at once - agencies, contractors, and founders with more than one product.

05. Is my team included in the price?

Plus icon

Yes. One flat price covers your whole team. There is no per-seat charge and no higher tier.

06. Am I charged per token?

Plus icon

No. The model is part of the flat price, not a meter running beside it. The only way you ever pay a provider is if you choose to plug in your own account.
